Tiffany & Cp. Miami’s Design District store creates a modern store environment, with elements of Art Deco and 1930s glamour—the perfect showcase for the world’s most beautiful diamonds. he store is unique in its kind, and features important works by talented artists, in tribute to the vision and creativity that have made Miami’s Design District a top destination for residents and tourists alike. The façade of fluted gray limestone and polished black granite is inspired by the streamlined architecture of American Deco skyscrapers of the 1930s and ’40s. A striking interpretation of the iconic Atlas clock stands above the entrance. This mirrored sculpture is the work of New York-based artist David Altmejd, who is known for creating highly abstracted glass “colossi.”

The store’s three jewelry salons are seamlessly designed with gleaming white and cream lacquer walls surrounding stainless steel display cases finished with the Art Deco fluting that embellishes the Fifth Avenue store’s great entry doors. This minimalist theme is further reflected in the fine jewelry salon’s white stone floors, cerused bleached oak paneling and bold contrast of emerald green and black leather custom furnishings; and the fashion salon’s gallery-like atmosphere, including a 20-foot skylight and polished metal wall with a faceted mirror in the Miami Art Deco style.
